Its very sad to inform you that your services are not up to the mark. Any of your customer care center don't have the contact number of any of your office. You guys are charging other dues on the next day of due date. If any EMI is bounced from the bank then you should inform the customer first instead of charging other dues. I will never recommended your finance company to any one. This is second time. And from know onward i will do the manual payment instead of auto debit My due date is 6th of every month and the EMI was bounced by bank but my account there is sufficient balance, even they didn't informed about this and on next day they are charging Rs 531/- as a other dues. And this second time with me.
