EPF Act:-

(ii) Preparation of P.F. Challans for monthly payments.
(iii) Maintenance of P.F. records.
(iv) Arranging periodicals Inspection.
(v) Filling of Monthly/Yearly Returns.
(vi) Guidance of Latest rules & amendments of PF.
ESIC Act:-
(i) Registration under E.S.I.C Act. 1948.
(ii) Preparation of monthly Challans for deposit of ESI Contribution.
(iii) Maintenance of registration form.
(iv) Maintenance of Accident Book, filling of Accident reports to ESI Authorities for
claiming compensation of the injured employee during the course of
employment.
(v) Maintenance of Inspection Book.
(vi) Dealing with ESI officer.
(vii) Arranging periodicals Inspector.
(viii) Solving problems of employee’s workers in getting theirs benefits under the
scheme.
(ix) Submission of half yearly return with the ESI authorities.
(x) Submission of nomination form for getting ESI cards.
(xi) Guidance to the Latest amendments.
Factory Act
(a) Registration under Factory Act. 1948.
(b) Registration under Factory Act/ Renewal of Factory Licence.
(c) Maintenance of All Register under the Factory Act inclusive as under:
(i) Adult Register.
(ii) Leave with wages Register.
(iii) Casual & Sick Leave Register.
(iv) Accident & dangerous occurrence Registers.
(v) Overtime Register.
(vi) Fine/ deduction Register.
(vii) Fitness Certificates for safe – smooth functioning of the machines such as
lifts/chain/ropes & air compressors etc.
(d) Filling of half yearly Return.
(e) Guidance to the latest amendments.
Bonus Act
(i) Maintenance of Register A, B & C.
(ii) Arranging assessment under Bonus Act.
(iii) Arranging periodical Inspection.
(iv) Guidance to the latest amendments in Bonus Act.
Payment of minimum wages Act
(i) Maintenance of Registers.
(ii) Guidance to the latest amendments and providing notification regarding changes
in Minimum Wages.
Contract labour Act
(a) Registration under contract labour act.
(b) Record updation under the act.
(c) Renewal of licence.
(d) Liaison with concern department.
(e) Submission of yearly and half-yearly return.
Retainer ship fee @ is Rs…..…./- is charged on monthly basis, the bill will be
submitted within seven days of the completion of the monthly cycle and is
expected to get cleared within seven days of its submission .
