Searching for a house is never easy. There are many houses available in the market especially in a fast growing city like Ambattur. As a woman with a family of 5, I can attest to how many times I had to go up and down the different parts of the city looking for a house with the perfect balance of size, price and amenities. I was about to give up my search when I found out about VGN Stafford project within the city. I thought to myself I have nothing to lose by going to check this place, so I went. I have to say I’m glad that I took that option. I met with one of the supervisors of the project and I had them explain how the finished product would look. I was more than impressed with how big the house was going to be and the amenities that will be available for those who’d live in the complex. Now the main issue for me came with the neighborhood surrounding the complex, so I had to enquire how is the neighbor hood? The person was kind enough to explain to me that the area was surrounded by some of the best schools, hospitals as well as a police station. Well that left me satisfied with what I saw and I couldn’t help, but invest in the idea of VGN Stafford.

I have an interesting story and review which I would like to share. I am working in the Srinsoft Company since past 9 years. Let me be frank in my review. When I started with the job interviews I was interested in the development field but somehow I was not able to clear any interviews. When I came for an interview in Srinsoft it was for development but the interviewer was able to judge my skills in the field of testing. I had been in college for 4 years but none of my teachers were able to judge my skills. I thought of starting my journey with the development field but the company found my skills in the testing field. So I joined the company in the testing department. Testing is the process which I had heard and learnt but my interest never lied in it. I found it to be boring but this company identified that my skills are bets suitable as a tester. The testing process needs identification and correcting the problems which can directly affect the lifecycle of the processes. The main reason that the testing is done is to have the proper quality software. The Srinsoft provides a good testing service which has the wide range. The company already has the experts in the field of testing and then they hire the fresher’s like us. They make the team of experts and fresher’s so that the new ideas and experience can be combined in order to get the perfect system. We develop the planning of test plans, design them and then implement them. It is a long process and the testing process is itself a length process which includes different stages. When I started with the company I had knowledge of none of the testing types. SO my boss initially placed me with the manual testing. This was the best way of making me aware of my skills and utilizing them in best manner. Manual testing is testing the software on your own. It does not need any automated software or any type of script. Thus it becomes possible to learn the testing process fast and easily. The tester has to play the role of the end user and then identify the bugs in the system. The manual testing includes the unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance and system testing. When I started I was given some small part of project to test. With the passage of time my boss started assigning e different parts on the manual testing process. After some time I found that it was true that my interest and skills lies in the testing area. I started finding it interesting and worked hard on it. Almost within a year I was clear with the manual testing and thus my boss shifted me to the automated testing. It is the testing in which the tester writes the scripts for testing the software. The manual process is automated. I worked well in that also and within next year I was able to perform well in it as well. At present I can work well in any type of testing and I keep on learning about the testing processes. It has been 9 years that I am working in the company and in testing areas. There are many of the people who may find it boring but for me it is really interesting. I am thankful to the company that it has recognized my skills in the testing area and made me capable of handling different processes in the testing department. My boss always said that I am an asset for the company and as everyone knows the assets are always taken care by everyone. Assets i.e. we are the one on who the company depends and the company handles all of us very well. The environment of work provided by the company is peaceful and interesting. The environment allows me and my other colleagues to perform well which can thus help in increasing the goodwill and image of the company. I loved the thing about this company was that they always considered all their employees to be their assets. My company is not only the place where I work but I consider it to be the place where I get all the personal touch as well. I am able to solve all my problems in my company.
