I have never seen such a strange attitude towards customer with such a low quality of work. we were looking to make a photo frame of my mother inlaw who left us in a tragic event. The person at the shop was unwilling to even edit the photo we provided to insert the name and date. Later after some persuasion they agreed but the proof we got was really awful, the texts were not aligned, fonts ware all over the place in a 8 alphabet name and the were not even smooth, looked like some one used MS Paint to write it and then re size it. When we tried to explain the problem, they flat out refused to listen saying that's the best they can do and they don't have time to spend more than 30 min on one customer!! I can't imagine in today's world how a photo studio exist without the someone knowing how to use a photoshop software. I would really urge to think twice if you are looking for better quality work and customer exprience.
