I am a journalist. Please do NOT ever buy a mobile phone from Poorvika on ECR in Chennai. It is the most dishonest shop in the city. Not only do they give you faulty phones, they refuse to service them WITHIN WARRANTY. They also give you false info about freebies. Poorvika told me I would get a free SIM card with every Nokia phone but now has a 1000 reasons why it cannot do so. Their salesmen are rude, uninformed and unhelpful.
