I gave 10 year old HP pavilion dv6 7080 se laptop for windows booting issue which is never been to any kind of service since i bought. I got laptop in my hand after one month. All the parts are stolen and replaced with duplicate and poor quality parts and they denied and ignored all my calls. 1) They replaced original 4k screen with normal HD display (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWM33BgKzvM&feature=youtu.be) 2) removed two 4gb ram and replaced with 1 Samsung 4gb ram (find pictures below) (https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03279706) 3) 4 usb ports (one 3.0) not working. 4) drilled near mouse pad and laptop below screen. (find pictures below) 5) unnecessarily changed speakers which were in good condition.
