Pathetic customer service.. Would never like to visit again.. Please don't buy anything from this shop. I had bought two salwars for which the full amount was charged and the owner promised to deliver it after the alteration within two days. Even after 15 days the salwars weren't delivered in spite of making numerous phone calls. They didn't even bother to update the correct status. Frustrated when I asked for refund, the owner refused to refund and told me that I could do whatever and may go to consumer court but he will neither refund the money nor give me the salwars. Please please don't shop here...
