The first time when we visited the store we seriously loved it. We even went around telling people to buy stuff from Furniture Quotient ( now know as URBAN LIVING) But Its Sad that these people fool you at the time of selling there stuff. As a person like me who has no knowledge of the leather quality will definitely believe what the people at the store tell you. So, I bought a leather sofa costing around 1 lakh saying its pure leather but we discovered that it is duplicate and third class leather quality when the leather started to peel off. Now when i called them telling the same, They agreed that yes it was bought from there shop but they can't do anything about it. They suggested to get it fixed by paying them extra money. The Owner of the store Ankit was suppose to call me and i am waiting from last 20 days and when i call he is never available. I am just calling them and they are just avoiding me. Disgusted. THIS IS HOW BADLY A CUSTOMER IS TREATED AT FURNITURE QUOTIENT.. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE.
