Very bad experience. They arrange vehicles from other travels and take commissions. So, you will be cheated as you will not get the services you pay for. Booked an AC Innova for Shimla & Manali tour of 8 days at Rs.3000 per day basis. My feedback on their service is as under: 1) Although the cab was booked on per day basis, the driver started complaining about location of hotels, repeat visit of market areas, visit of any other tourist points except only nearby locations citing that the no. of points for visit is fixed regardless of no of days the cab is booked. This was very surprising compared to other travel companies offering 250 kms daily limit under per day hiring basis. 2) Very poor customer support: To sort out the differences with the driver, even after repeated phone calls the owner Mr. Rohit didn't even bother to call the driver for next 30 hours. But the owner was very prompt to contact on very next day to ask for advance money. 3) We could not visit many places due to above reasons and repeated arguments with the driver made the trip less enjoyable. The reason was clear as the actual travel company got lesser money due to the commissions. While nothing was told while booking of the cabs, Mr. Rohit kept on repeating the same story of fixed visit points after we returned back. 4) In addition, after booking of an AC cab, the AC was put off about 25 kms away from Chandigarh citing hill area. The driver kept the AC off religiously even if we were suffocating at times with dust and smoke in the damaged roads and traffic jams. In short, be careful while dealing with this travel company or they will cheat you and ruin your vacation.
