I am being harassed by this company. Below is the complete information. I needed to shift my car and some household goods from Mumbai to Delhi. Mr. Mahesh Acharya and Mr. Sudhir Pandey from M Xpotar Packers & Movers (Shop No. 1, Mahabali Society, Near Shantakala Hotel, Opp. MMID Colony, Near Matoshree Durga Nagar, Powai Jogeshwari Link Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 60.) contacted me and sent over their representative, Aditya to my place on June 11, 2012. After doing an initial survey, it was decided the cost of services would be Rs. 8500, of which Rs. 1500 was paid upfront by me as Token Amount. On June 22, 2012, they came over to my place, did the packing of the goods and dispatched them assuring that my goods will be delivered in Delhi within a week. For the purpose of transporting my car, I also purchased Transit Insurance with a premium of Rs. 3500. I had requested for a copy of the insurance to be sent to me by email, which was never sent. So, I don't even know if the insurance was even done or not. So, from the total payable amount, it was agreed that Rs. 3500 will be paid at the time of delivery in Delhi and the same was mentioned on the receipt. The car and the household goods were dispatched on June 22, 2012. After coming to Delhi, I was able to get the delivery of my car within a week by paying the balance Rs. 3500. When I asked for a receipt of the amount, they simply denied to issue a receipt. Additionally, the car was lying in the open and was in a very dirty state. Coming to the household goods, even after multiple follow-ups, they were not been delivered for almost 2 months. Finally, I had to pay an additional Rs. 5000 from my side to get my goods delivered. They assured me that they will deposit the amount in my bank account, which has NOT been done till date. I have been constantly calling Mr Mahesh (+91 9773344461) and Mr Sudhir Pandey (+91 9702097545) and they have been putting me off by telling a lot of excuses. Now they have even stopped answering my calls and if by mistake they do, person answering the call says Mr. Mahesh is not available and talks very rudely.
