Worst creature on this planet - Mr. "Ashish" of Phoenix couriers. My parents had sent me a package to U.S. from Mumbai. The package which was suppose to arrive on Friday didn't even arrive on following Monday. Waited the whole day to catch hold of the DHL driver delivering the couriers here. I waited again the same way on Tuesday and finally got a hold of it. These guys prefer to send couriers via DHL because it is cheap and no doubt that Phoenix couriers is more cheap and insane and will prefer that to save their pocket rather than satisfy its customers. The customer service of DHL is also horrible and will bark the same stuff which you see online, They will never have any exact location of the package nor even know the driver's name or contact info in case of emergency. Ashish assured me that they do carry medicines and no limit on it so my dad preferred to send it by these morons. The package was departed late 24 hours from Mumbai and he doesn't have any single idea about that. Also, he will never answer phones on time nor shall contact you back in any case. I sincerely request you all (especially the ones sending packages through local couriers via DHL from India) to find some courier service dealing with better services like FedEx or UPS. My mom's hand-made perishable food stuffs worth her love and care all have gone in vain. Hope you learn something from my experience. Hope you and your service rest in peace soon - bloody hell!!!
